No. We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to international destinations or PO Boxes at this time.

Shipping is 100% free on all orders across the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

• Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Delivery time: Once shipped, your package will arrive within 3–5 business days.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

• Within 24 hours: Yes. Email us at Contact@lyrev.com for a full, immediate refund.
• After 24 hours: If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our standard return process.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure digital payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted gateways.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, with any tags still attached, and returned in its original packaging with all straps and accessories included.

• Faulty or damaged items: No. We cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
• Change of mind (after 24 hours): Yes, the customer covers the fee. We provide a pre-paid return label and the fixed cost is deducted from your final refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 business days to appear on your statement.
